Customer Service Technician

Your responsibilities (what you will do brilliantly):
- Provide an impeccable and enriching client experience to our partners, day after day.
- Serve as the primary contact for all communications related to order processing and status.
- Provide technical phone support to kitchen designers and technicians from our partners, guiding them with clarity and precision in their projects.
- Identify, with the help of technicians, effective solutions to resolve our partners' challenges and ensure their satisfaction.
Profile we are looking for (we want someone who ticks a lot of boxes):
- High school diploma.
- 1 to 2 years of minimum experience in telephone customer service.
- Excellent command of French and English (you must be comfortable in both languages).
- Strong interest or experience in technical drawing, interior design, or architecture – these skills will be a real asset.
- Strong learning ability and a keen interest in technical details.
- Ability to handle complex situations with empathy and positivity.
- Comfortable with various computer and technological tools.
