Your Main Responsibilities:

• Supervise and ensure adherence to Lean methods in your sector.
• Support and guide your team in implementing efficient Lean production.
• Analyze production processes to:
  • Identify and eliminate bottlenecks.
  • Identify and reduce waste.
  • Implement and improve standardized work.
• Coach your team in applying Lean principles.
• Prioritize continuous improvement projects for your sector.
• Lead improvement workshops for your team.
• Plan the workforce and ensure optimal management.
• Achieve the operational goals of your sector while adhering to Lean principles.

Knowledge and Skills:

• Excellent understanding of operational modes, work methods, policies, and regulations of the company.
• Relevant experience in supervision.
• Proficient in computer tools: Access, Excel, Word, Outlook.
