Tribute to a Builder

We pay tribute to the memory of Mr. Jean-Paul Lauzier, an exceptional builder who left an unforgettable legacy in the region. As the founder of Miralis and CEO for over three decades, from 1976 to 2009, he inspired generations of workers with his passion.

Jean-Paul Lauzier was a visionary who, together with his team, built a solid company. Without him, Miralis would not exist, and we would not be here together. His influence continues to be felt, as every day we apply the principles he taught us. We take pride in continuing to grow this solid enterprise he constructed with determination and ingenuity.

Here are a few principles he imparted to us, which guide our thoughts on a daily basis:

• Forge your own path, and you will encounter chances and opportunities. • If it's challenging for us, imagine how challenging it is for others. • To succeed in production, employ a piece-by-piece flow to quickly identify and resolve issues. • Attitude determines altitude. • The Toyota Model, including the importance of asking "why" five times in problem-solving. • Believe in youth, give young people a chance.

We extend our sincere condolences to Mr. Lauzier's family, as well as to all those who had the privilege of knowing him. His vision, generosity, and leadership will forever be etched in our memories.
