Two major projects come to life at Miralis
We are pleased to announce our participation as a sponsor of the Jeux du Québec, which will take place this summer in Rimouski. In recognition of the athletic excellence of young athletes in the province, a check for $50,000 was presented to support the event and the athletic track. This initiative will promote the importance of access to sports and support for young athletes. We are particularly delighted with this significant partnership, given that Daniel Drapeau, owner and CEO of Miralis, is a former medalist in athletics at the Jeux du Québec.
In addition to our support for the Jeux du Québec, we are proud to contribute to the beauty and revitalization of the Bas-Saint-Laurent by supporting the installation of a large-scale mural in the heart of Rimouski. This mural, a collaboration between the City of Rimouski, Financière Banque Nationale - Groupe Conseil Khalil, and Miralis, will be the largest mural in Eastern Quebec.
This large-scale work, which will be unveiled during the 57th Jeux du Québec, will be colorful, playful, and dynamic. It will add color and life to the city while inspiring the community. In addition, the mural will highlight the themes of play, sport, movement, and vivacity to reflect Miralis' commitment to the importance of access to sports and the importance of cultivating dreams. Through its scale, it will also help to promote our downtown area beyond our borders and contribute to the revitalization of our community.
"We firmly believe that art is a powerful way to inspire young people and bring communities together. We are looking forward to seeing how the artist integrates the themes of sport and play into this work to cultivate dreams and inspire the population. We are particularly pleased to participate in this project that combines art and sport and will leave a lasting mark on the Rimouski landscape."
Daniel Drapeau, owner and CEO of Miralis.
